This document defines the principles of the Privacy Policy for the apartamenty-magnolie.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). Purposes and legal basis for the processing of personal data
The personal data administrator processes your personal data for the following purposes and scope:
in order to contact you by phone regarding potential cooperation, we process personal data provided by you in the form, such as name and surname, telephone number;
in order to contact us by e-mail in order to respond to the message sent to us, we process personal data provided by you in the contact form, such as name and surname, e-mail address;
in order to obtain statistics on the use of individual functionalities of the Website, facilitate the use of the Website and ensure the IT security of the Website, we process personal data regarding your activity and the amount of time spent on each subpage, your search history, location, IP address, device ID, data regarding your browser website and operating system;
Voluntary provision of personal data

Data processing time

In any case, the Personal Data Controller will inform you about such extension within one month of receiving the request, specifying the reasons for the delay.

You have the right to obtain information from the Personal Data Administrator whether your personal data is being processed. If the Administrator processes your personal data, you have the right to:

If your personal data is incorrect, you have the right to request the Administrator to immediately correct your personal data. The right to delete personal data, the so-called “right to be forgotten” (Article 17 of the GDPR)
You have the right to request that the Personal Data Administrator delete your personal data when:

Your personal data was processed unlawfully;

The right to request restriction of the processing of personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR)
